From the first contact with hot water issues to scheduling initial appointment to then getting estimates for new tankless water heater to installing the water heater the same day, communication was excellent, and response times were fast. 5 star experience..so glad to have found Smooth Waters to repair and replace a sump pump system for my house. Tyler was such a big help in explaining my situation along with answering all my questions. He explained the options I had and the pros and cons of each one. After making my decision, Tyler and Neal were out early the next day and did an amazing job. The new sump pump was an upgrade over the system I had and also included some electrical work for the pump with an alarm included if the pump was down or not operating. I called Smooth Waters Plumbing after getting another Midlands HVAC Plumbing Company in the Midlands to look at repairing or replacing my natural gas water heater. When they came back with a quote I called Smooth Waters Plumbing to come to my house to provide a second quote. Their pricing was not only fair, but significantly lower than the first quote. The serviceman tech Matthew was polite, professional, efficient and installed a tankless water heater for about 800 LESS than the quote from the first company. If I ever have a Plumbing issue, I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

After interviewing 4 other plumbing companies for estimates on our whole house repiping, Tyler from Smooth Waters walked my house with me and approached every Issue in a positive and straightforward way.
