I called Smooth Waters Plumbing after getting another Midlands HVAC & Plumbing Company in the Midlands to look at repairing or replacing my natural gas water heater. When they came back with a quote I called Smooth Waters Plumbing to come to my house to provide a second quote. Their pricing was not only fair, but significantly lower than the first quote. The serviceman tech (Matthew) was polite, professional, efficient and installed a tankless water heater for about $800+ LESS than the quote from the first company. If I ever have a Plumbing issue, I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
